Nice article :)

I strongly believed that stress is self-induced most of the time. This folks stressed themselves with either misplaced responsibility or unclear priorities. Often, taking a step back from the stuff that you are stressed with gives a whole new picture to the problem. With that new perspective, many of those self-induced stress will go away. :)
