I purchased a copy for interest as I appreciate any form of self help that does not involve medication. I have found it to be very informative and quite simple to apply. Whilst some of the techniques are specific to anxiety and panic attacks, others can easily be used to combat depression.
The product even has information about eating habits and the value of drinking sufficient water. This section was an eye opener and may even assist me to lose weight and keep it under control. I often wonder if depression and anxiety cause some people to overeat [even though many people find it hard to eat when depressed or anxious] or whether being overweight causes some people to become depressed or anxious about their appearance. What came first; the chicken or the egg?
